Policy: SAIA reserves the right to decline advertising requests, especially where contents or linked pages and subpages are not in compliance with the prevailing law or offend common decency. Same applies to contents and linked pages or subpages, which are not complying with SAIA's Code of Best Practices requirements or are contrary to our goals and philosophy regarding an ethical and sustainable trade with marine aquarium organisms.
AOB: (1) Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2000 on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce, in the Internal Market ('Directive on electronic commerce') applies. (2) The advertising contract comes into force upon receipt of payment according to the tariff indicated above and concludes automatically after 3, 6 or 12 months. (3) Advertisements are placed at the beginning of the applicable quarter. (4) The contractor guarantees to possess all required copyrights (e.g. logo, pictures) and will cover all costs associated with infringement of any applicable regulations, rights and laws. (5) Impairment of performance caused by technical malfunction will not be considered. (6) Data protections follows applicable regulations as per Directive 2000/31/EC. (7) Court of jurisdiction is Nuremberg.
